HAPPINESS is much more than feeling good for a while

Activities cannot fill the void like vast chasms in the mind

A warehouse collection full of possessions

Gadgets and trinkets will work their guile

The caring for such marvelous selections

Will wear you down after a while

Contentment is within reach of mortals like you and me

Broader than our firmament and deeper than the deep blue sea

Peace of heart is not an act, it’s a blanket covering our mind and soul

That causes us to walk in places, others dare not go

Life is greater than just existence,

More exciting than the explosion of distant stars

God’s contentment in your life with joy, hope, and peace

Is to let you know who you really are
